There Are Several Ways We Can Work Together

Whether you're looking for ongoing supervision, specialist training, or an immersive intensive experience — find the right pathway for where you are in your practice.

Supervision Built for the Complexity of Real Clinical Practice.

Trauma-informed. Attachment-focused. Relationally deep.

Good supervision is one of the most valuable investments you can make in your clinical practice — and in the wellbeing of the clients you serve.

Too often, supervision becomes a procedural exercise: a requirement to fulfil rather than a relationship that supports genuine growth. I believe it can be much more than that.

Just as clients grow within safe, attuned and responsive therapeutic relationships, practitioners develop through supervisory relationships that foster reflection, curiosity, challenge and professional growth. Drawing on psychodynamic psychotherapy, attachment-informed practice, trauma theory and EMDR, I approach supervision as a collaborative and relational process — one that creates space to step back from the immediacy of the work, think more deeply about what is unfolding, and develop greater confidence in your clinical decision-making.

Together we explore not only the client and their presenting concerns, but the therapeutic relationship, clinical decision-making, and the patterns that emerge within the work itself. Often, what is difficult to see in the therapy room becomes more visible through supervision.

Grounded in adult learning principles, supervision with me is not about being told what to do.

It is about developing your capacity to think, reflect and grow as a practitioner. Over time, it becomes a space to develop your clinical voice, strengthen your capacity to work with complexity, and continue growing as the practitioner you want to become. All supervision is delivered online via Zoom, with flexible self-booking available at a time that suits you.
