Group
A small, closed-group supervision experience for practitioners who value the richness of collective clinical thinking without sacrificing the depth, safety, and intimacy of a genuine supervisory relationship.
Limited to a maximum of four participants, these are not large training groups or lecture-style learning environments.
They are carefully facilitated clinical spaces where practitioners can bring real casework, think collaboratively, and deepen their understanding of complex therapeutic processes alongside peers engaged in similarly meaningful work.
Each participant is invited to present clinical material, creating a dynamic and reciprocal learning environment in which members learn not only from supervision but also from the insights, experiences, and perspectives of fellow practitioners. The result is a rich and engaging process that supports both clinical development and professional connection.
Tailored Needs
Groups are tailored to the clinical interests and developmental needs of their members, drawing on psychodynamic psychotherapy, Psychodynamic Interpersonal Therapy (PIT), attachment-informed practice, trauma theory, and EMDR.
Grounded in adult learning principles, I recognise that every participant brings valuable clinical experience, knowledge, and wisdom to the group. My role is to facilitate thoughtful discussion, deepen clinical thinking, and support each practitioner's development within a collaborative learning community.
